OneVoice Nigeria ("we," "our," or "us") strives to provide excellent service to all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our platform.

2. Digital Services and Content

As OneVoice primarily provides digital services, civic engagement tools, and educational content:

  • Digital content purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
  • Subscription services may be cancelled at any time, but are non-refundable for the current billing period
  • Educational materials and courses are non-refundable once accessed

3. Petition Donations

Donations made to support petitions or civic causes:

  • Are considered final and non-refundable
  • Will be used to support the specified cause or campaign
  • May be refunded only in cases of technical errors or duplicate transactions

4. Premium Features and Subscriptions

For premium features or subscription services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be given for unused time in the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase

5. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Service not delivered due to platform technical issues
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
  • Billing errors or overcharges

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@onevoice.com.ng within 7 days of the transaction
  2. Provide your transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund request
  3. Include any supporting documentation or screenshots
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review of your request

7. Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Processing will begin within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

8. Marketplace Transactions

For marketplace or peer-to-peer transactions:

  • Refunds are subject to the individual seller's refund policy
  • OneVoice acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for seller refunds
  • Disputes should first be resolved directly with the seller
  • OneVoice may intervene in cases of fraud or policy violations

9. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Services fully rendered or digital content already accessed
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use purchased services within the validity period
